2. Can you give me additional details about P.S. Collection watches?

All of the wrist watches in the "P.S. I Love You" and "P.S. Happy Holidays" collection feature our distinctive signature stamp edge design, mineral crystal, hypo-allergenic plating and Japan movement in a solid stainless steel case water resistant to 5ATM. Our straps are soft sheepskin leather with genuine nubuck lining for extra comfort. The case back has space ideal for personal engraving, and bears the official insignia of the United States Postal Service, guaranteeing these are authentic licensed products by the USPS.

3. What does 5ATM on the back of my wristwatch mean?

ATM or “atmospheres” is the amount of pressure a watch can withstand before leaking. A 5 ATM watch will withstand pressures equivalent of about 50 meters, or 165 feet under water.

It is important to note that this is a measure of water pressure and NOT of depth. For example, the pressure of the water coming from the shower hitting the seals of the watch is far greater than 3 atmospheres. Therefore, we do not recommend you wear your watch while bathing, swimming, or any other activity where your watch will come into constant contact with water for extended periods of time.

4. What is the Giclée process you mention in your decorative clocks product description?

Giclée (pronounced "zhee-clay"), is a name for the process of making fine art prints from a digital source using ink-jet printing. The word "giclée" is derived from the French language word "le gicleur" meaning "nozzle", or more specifically "gicler" meaning "to squirt, spurt, or spray". This process was invented in the early 1990s and has since come to mean a high quality, fade-resistant print. The term is often used in galleries to denote such prints.

5. What is diamond dust?

Diamond dust is essentially the leftover material from cutting natural or synthetic diamonds. This dust can be color-treated to create a dazzling sparkle and glitter effect in accenting watch face designs. The diamond dust we use is a synthetic, or man-made, diamond dust.

6. Do you offer engraving?

While The P.S. Collection Store does not offer engraving, the case back of all of our watches was designed to include space ideal for personal engraving. We recommend you visit a professional jeweler in your area to have the engraving done.

7. What methods of payment are accepted?

The P.S. Collection Store accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

8. What shipping options are available?

The P.S. Collection Store offers the following shipping options, all delivered by the United States Postal Service:

Watches & Jewelry (for any number of pieces per order delivered to the same address):

  • Standard Delivery (USPS First Class):  $6.00 flat rate with delivery within 4 – 10 business days
  • USPS Express Delivery:  $22.00 flat rate with delivery within 1-2 business days

Decorative Clocks:

Due to their size and weight, our decorative clocks can only be shipped via USPS Priority Delivery for a flat rate of $15.00 per clock with delivery within 4 – 10 business days.  Each clock must be shipped separately as they cannot be packaged with other items.

9. Do you ship internationally?

13. Replacing your watch battery.

We recommend taking your watch to an experienced jeweler to ensure the proper battery is used to replace the battery. Improper insertion or insertion of an incorrect battery may damage your watch. Such damage is not covered by this warranty.

17. Will my items be gift-wrapped?

Every piece you buy from our watch and fine jewelry collections comes ready to give in our special gift packaging. The packaging is wrapped with a matte finished, rose-colored heavy weight paper, and embossed in a contrasting, semi-gloss deeper red hue with beautiful script calligraphy using the words: "friendship, devotion, affection, tenderness, romance, fondness, adoration."

The interior is lined with chocolate brown velvet embossed with the "P.S. I Love You" logo, which together with the pink and red exterior gives the impression of opening an elegant box of chocolate candies! Further, the watch box is shipped inside a white protective sleeve with "The P.S. Collection by Arjang & Co." script logo elegantly embossed on it.

Please note that in the case of our watches, the product romance card about our collection and the warranty card are located under the watch pad in the box.

Our fine bone china, new bone china and fine porcelain gift sets arrive in white boxes of various sizes and shapes (depending on the item you purchase) with a deep lid cover with the "The P.S. Collection by Arjang & Co." script logo elegantly embossed on the lid. The interior of the box is lined with ivory satin.

Our decorative wall clocks come in their own box, suitable for gift wrapping. The exterior box is sturdy for shipping purposes, while a second interior clock box has a clear lucite cover to display the clock face design. At this time, we do not offer gift packaging for the decorative wall clocks.”

Our porcelain gift sets arrive in white boxes of various sizes and shapes (depending on the item you purchase) with a deep lid cover with the "The P.S. Collection by Arjang & Co." script logo elegantly embossed on the lid.  The interior of the box is lined with ivory satin.

18. CA residents – Proposition 65 Notice.

All our products meet or exceed FDA guidelines, regulations, and requirements.

We test our China and Porcelain Gift Sets which include dinnerware as any other items used for serving food for compliance with FDA and California Proposition 65 requirements for materials such as lead and cadmium. In accordance with proposition 65, for items that meet FDA standards, but exceed proposition 65 limits, we issue the following warning to our California customers or those who might be sending a gift to a recipient there: "The materials used in some of our decorative decals, paints, glazes, and lacquers contain lead and/or cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm".
