The P.S. Collection Store offers a 100% money back guarantee on all returns made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price plus tax (if applicable) - original shipping charges are not refundable.
To facilitate your request, please complete the Return/Exchange form. Returns or exchanges sent to us without a completed form will not be processed.
Upon submission of the form, customer service will contact you with a Return Authorization number that will be linked to the return throughout the process to ensure everything is authorized and recorded. Please make note of this number for your records.
Please include a copy of your sales receipt or other payment record (credit card statement or packing slip) with your return. All Decorative Clocks and China & Porcelain Gifts must be returned in their original packaging.
