Watch Warranty

We hope you enjoy your new watch!

Limited (2 year) Warranty


The P.S. Collection Store, Inc., warrants to you, the owner, against all original defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase. 
We utilize the highest standards possible of quality assurance in all of our watches.  However, if original material or workmanship is found to be defective, the movement will be adjusted, repaired or replaced at our option.

This warranty does not apply to or cover:

  • • normal wear and tear or lack of care, improper handling, misuse, or accidents;
  • • the watch battery, crystal, strap or bracelet;
  • • water damage;
  • • nor does it cover any watch that has been tampered with, altered, or repaired by any other than our repair department.

Any implied warranties are also limited to 2 years from date of the original purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state as some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. 


Replacing Your Battery

We recommend taking your watch to an experienced jeweler to ensure the proper battery is used to replace the battery.  Improper insertion, or insertion of an incorrect battery may damage your watch.  Such damage is not covered by this warranty.

Should service be required, please pack your watch carefully and send insured to:

Enclose a note explaining why your watch needs repair.  Also include a copy of your sales receipt or other payment record to verify the warranty period, along with a check or money order in the amount of $12.00 to cover the cost of return postage and handling.

  • • Do not send cash. 
  • • Do not send in original gift box, as it will not be returned.
  • • Do make certain you include your return address information. 

In an instance where any repairs or replacement of parts are not covered by this warranty, or after the warranty expires, our repair department will notify you of the cost for such repairs.
